Individual Therapy serves to be a place that feels safe, supports the curiosity for change, and discovery of empowerment by working through emotions and experiences.
No art experience needed to participate and benefit from Art Therapy. This is where traditional therapy meets self-expression in a unique experience.
Therapy can help facilitate change, build resiliency, and help children and adolescents through life transitions. Learning to take care of our mental health from an early age can help us throughout life.
