I am an associate marriage and family therapist with training in art therapy. I hope to be part of your journey and collaborate with you on your way to better health. We are all the experts of our own stories in which we can find healing and empowerment.
I have clinical experience in school-based therapy programs and received training in Social Skills Violence Prevention and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
My specializations are the treatment of individuals with chronic pain or health conditions, adult children and survivors of narcissistic abuse and individuals with
attention deficit disorders.
I also have clinical experience working with adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Individual Therapy serves to be a place that feels safe, supports the curiosity for change, and discovery of empowerment by working through emotions and experiences.
Therapy can help facilitate change, build resiliency, and help children and adolescents through life transitions. Learning to take care of our mental health from an early age can help us throughout life.
