Why I Work With Children and Teens

I primarily work with children and teens who have ADHD, depression, and anxiety. By the age of 10 those with ADHD will have heard 20,000 more negative comments than their peers without ADHD. It is crucial to support children and give them coping skills and strategies to avoid being caught in a negative mindset.

Depression and anxiety can be common

co-occurring conditions with ADHD for many reasons. I work collaboratively with the entire family to set up the best possible ways to manage ADHD in the home, school, and in a therapeutic space.
